SITE MANAGEMENT
We appoint a dedicated site supervisor to all our large projects. Our site supervisors report to our contracts director & are responsible for the day to day running of the project, taking final measurements, controlling the fitting teams, QC, snagging, liaising with our office & attending daily site meetings. We equip our site supervisors with 4G tablets so that they can interface live with our cloud-based project management & QC system.

We offer a personalised service to the discerning developer, professional & building contractor, especially important in situations where customised manufacture is required. Our pricing is nevertheless very competitive. We pride ourselves in our innovative approach & commit ourselves to understanding and interpreting the specific design needs of each development.
Clearline Frameless Glass is a founding member of SASEMA (SA Shower Enclosure Manufacturers Association).
SASEMA is part of the AAAMSA Group, and is responsible for setting the specifications for shower enclosures that are incorporated into SANS 10400 & SANS 549.
